This simple tool exports emails from Outlook to plain text files in a folder of your choosing.

It can be helpful to have a folder of gigabytes of email, if, for example, you are training or fine-tuning a large language model. If you write a lot of email, this can be a great way to capture your own writing style, tone, and common topics of discourse.
